Dear all, Kindly note that the purpose of the subject newsletter is to inform all interested parties, about the new Marine Circular 17-044 regarding the compliance with long-range identification and tracking (LRIT) regulations. According to the previously issued Marine Notice 12-007 (which can be found here), all Palau flagged vessels under the SOLAS V/19-1 regulation must comply with LRIT requirements.
